Featured Highlight – Guardians of the Seeds Trolls
Explore the woodland trail searching for five giant troll sculptures hidden throughout the woods. Created by Danish artist Thomas Dambo, these “Guardians of the Seeds” are made from recycled materials and embody themes of conservation and sustainability
  • Start with the first troll near the central gardens for easier access.
  • Retrieving all five may involve hiking up to 3 miles on trails that include forest terrain
Mobility & Accessibility Notice
  • The Gardens span over 300 acres, combining paved walkways and natural, uneven terrain, with some stairs and inclines
  • Central areas are fully ADA accessible; ramps are in place where needed
  • Complimentary manual wheelchairs and scooters are available (first-come, first-served).
  • A free shuttle service runs around the grounds every 20–25 minutes (note: shuttle does not reach all troll locations).
  • Comfortable shoes, sun protection, water, and bug spray are recommended, particularly for off-trail walking.
