Youth Kickboxing Class
Ages 7-12

Youth Kickboxing – 6-Week Session Begins April 1st

When: Tuesdays, April 1, 2025 - May 6, 2025 (6wk-session)
Time: 4:45 PM - 5:45 PM
Where: Plaistow Recreation Office, located inside the Norman L. Major Building, 14 Elm Street, Plaistow, NH
Cost: $55 Per Person

This class is open to ages 7-12 and combines the punching techniques of Western boxing with the kicking of Muay Thai and other martial arts.

Kickboxing is a great full-body workout that helps improve cardiovascular health, strength, balance, muscle tone, and confidence. Whether your child plays sports or just wants to get active and learn something new, this is a great way to build skills in a fun and structured environment.

PARENTS *This is not a drop-off event. A moderate amount of parent participation is required during the class.

The certified instructor Nick, has over 10 years of experience teaching martial arts to kids and adults, working with students as young as 4 up to competing professionals.

What to bring:
  • Water bottle
  • Sneakers
  • Boxing gloves (if available, some equipment will be provided, but supplies are limited)

All skill levels are welcome.
