Struggling with your little one’s sleep? Join us for the Sleep Workshop Series at Plaistow Recreation.

The event will cover topics such as creating a conducive sleep environment, optimizing sleep schedules, bedtime routines, and addressing common sleep struggles. The workshop is divided into three sessions: newborn sleep basics (9–10 AM), infant sleep (10–11 AM), and toddler sleep (11 AM–12 PM).
