Plaistow Summer Rec

Hours 8:45 to 4 pm (Mon - Fri)
7-8:30 am Early care drop off, all campers must be picked up by 4 pm.
Campers picked up after 4 pm are subject to additional charges.
Get ready for an action-packed summer! We've put a lot of effort into planning a summer program that's both fun and safe. We're keeping all the classics like arts & crafts, sports events, and plenty of other activities. And of course, we're keeping a few surprises up our sleeves!
Every Wednesday, we're having Tie Dye Day! Campers who want to join in can bring white socks, shirts, leggings, or pillowcases to create their one-of-a-kind colorful designs.
Thursdays are when we go on field trips outside the park. Remember to wear your blue camp shirts. You can bring money for snacks only. Please remember to bring a bagged lunch as we eat together as a group to avoid waiting in long lines for hot food. Check the calendar link for details. (Note: Week 2 will not have a field trip.)
Fridays are all about fun! We're having a pizza party every Friday, so no need to pack lunch.
We're so excited for the summer ahead, and we can't wait to make memories with all of you!
Registration Information
Plaistow Rec operates from June 24th thru August 9th, Monday thru Friday 8:45am–4pm.
Registration opens to Plaistow Residents on May 1, 2024, non resident registration will open on June 1, 2024.
Tuition and membership fee must be paid in full at the time of registration. The 1 time membership fee must be added to your online cart prior to registration. All registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Camper Registration
Must be at least 5 years of age AND entering kindergarten, and no older than 11years of age.
Residents $150 per week + 1 Time Membership Fee $50.00
Non- Residents $175.00 per week + 1 Time Membership Fee $65.00
Jr. CIT Registration
Must be 12-13 years of age.
Residents $75 per week + 1 Time Membership Fee $50.00
Non- Residents $100.00 per week + 1 Time Membership Fee $65.00
CIT Registration
Must be 14-15 years of age.
Residents $50 per week + 1 Time Membership Fee $50.00
Non- Residents $75.00 per week + 1 Time Membership Fee $65.00
Early Care from 7-8:30 am is an option for an additional fee of 25.00 per week.
Week 2 will have a discounted rate since we will be closed for the Holiday on July 4th and 5th.
Cancelations must be made 5 days (Wednesday) prior the start (Monday) of the reserved week to be eligible for a refund.
Meet and Greet for Registered Campers June 19th
You're invited to join us at the PARC on Wednesday, June 19th, from 5:30 to 7:00 pm to meet this year's Summer Rec Staff. It's a fantastic chance for you to introduce your child to the counselors and become familiar with the facility. The playground will be open, and there will be games set up for the kids to enjoy. We look forward to seeing you there!
Medication Drop Off - If your child has a medical condition, please review their needs with their counselors and the Summer Rec Directors during this time. Just a reminder, any medications (Epi-Pen or Inhaler) that are being turned over to Plaistow Summer Rec Staff must be in their original prescription package with the child’s prescription label printed on the box from the pharmacy.
