Drop off/ Pick up procedure DROP OFF 8:45- 9 am PICK UP 3:45- 4 pm
Safety is the top priority when loading and unloading the campers. When you arrive at camp follow the path around the parking spots to form a loop pattern. Drop off and pick up will take place in front of the pavilion. Please remain in your vehicle, staff will be available to assist the campers with exiting the vehicle if necessary.

If you need to arrive after the drop-off time or need to pick them up early, please park in the middle parking spaces and stay in your vehicle until our staff greet you. If someone other than a parent, guardian or usual driver listed on the registration form will be picking up your child, please notify the Director and/or have the child bring in a note that morning that includes the name of the person picking up.

• Drop off will begin no sooner than 8:45 am. Counselors will meet your children in the parking lot and instruct them where to go. If you have a question for the staff, please pull to the middle parking spaces and staff will approach you once all the campers have been unloaded. If you are going to be late to drop off, please call. Please follow the drop-off and pick-up traffic line to form a loop. Campers will be unloaded 6-8 cars at a time. Stay in your vehicle until our staff instructs you that it is safe to let the children out of the vehicles. To keep the line moving parents are expected to stay in their cars and children should be able to exit the vehicle on their own or with the help of a counselor.

• Pick up will begin at 3:45 pm. All campers must be picked up by 4pm to avoid additional charges. If you have not picked up your child by 4pm there will be an automatic fine of $10 for the first 10 minutes late, then $5 for every 5 minutes after that.

Medications will be kept secure inside the concession stand.

It is camp policy to notify parents if their child is hurt, running a fever of 100 degrees or higher; vomiting; or suffering from diarrhea. The child must be picked up within 30 minutes. To prevent the spread of illness, children should be free of fever and other symptoms for 24 hours without medication before returning to the program.
